I love these skirts. They are so comfortable! You can wear it high waisted or fold over the wide waste band. It is a Reverse Dye (portions of the black removed), Geode Design, Women's Extra Large. These are very stretchy and would say it could be worn by a Large. It is 95% Rayon and 5% Spandex. One of my favorite blends of fabric to dye.
